Hello,We are looking at adding an intercept to some of our products. I don’t just want to capture the feedback and high level data like we care capturing on our website. I want to be able to pull through user details name, company org etc from the product (they are logged in to the product) and push it into embedded data. How would I achieve this?

Hello Adam, yes, this is possible.You can capture values from the website fields (JavaScript variable, HTML onsite, Cookies, etc.) and save it in embedded data. You can set it up in the action set options > Embedded data.Please refer to this Qualtrics support page for more detailed & step-by-step guide.
