Has anyone experienced an opt-in Pop Under not going behind the web page when using Safari? | XM Community

Our project uses an info bar to get opt-in to a survey. When the site visitor, accessing the web site with a desktop, agrees to participate, a pop under is supposed to appear behind the web page and the target survey loads in the pop under when the visitor closes the web page. This works correctly when using Internet Explorer and Chrome but does not work when using Safari. The pop under remains on top of the web page even when the visitor is navigating the web page. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how do you fix it, or can it be fixed?

Did you ever figure this out?
