Hi, I have only just started developing web intercepts and was trying to work out what steps I would need to follow to set up a pop-up / responsive dialogue intercept following customers' interactions with a new Live Chat channel we are going to be launching on our website. What do I need to do to set up links / triggers in order to do this?
