How to display survey in the first pop-up in app

Dear Community,
In this page: https://www.qualtrics.com/design-xm/website-app-feedback-surveys/ Qualtrics presents an in-app pop-up survey for Spotify where the questions appear right in the pop-up.
I tried to do that in my app but the only pop-up I manage to create is one prompting the customer to take the survey, I do not see how is it possible to ask the questions right away with current app creative. I do not understand how Qualtrics managed to do that for Spotify.
One hypothesis would be that they pretend it is within an app whereas it is a webpage displayed in a smartphone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

We do it by embedding survey in the pop up creative, there are 2 options in pop up creative -

  1. To add a target link (survey link)

  2. To embed target (survey) in the creative
