We have digital intercepts (popups, feedback buttons, etc...). Today they say “Active...with unpublished changes.” Nobody remembers making any changes.
Is there a place to see what changes are unpublished and who made them?

Thank you for the help. With the new layout, I don’t see where the options is? I don’t see it anywhere. I only see the below:

What about the ones that have the full page for the intercept? I have several intercepts that were created separately that don’t look like that on screen. Unfortunately I have no idea what the name of that kind of intercept is
