I am trying to add an intercept survey when the user clicks on CTA on my website. Can I use HTML on site? If not, why and what can I use instead? Is it something I can self-serve or do I need engineering/IT to help?I am new with intercepts and I am struggling to set them up as I want to. Thank you.

Hi @Elisabetta_Carli,I would suggest taking the web developer to trigger the intercept on onClick which will allow to display the intercept as there might be chances of navigation post submission.You can use the manual push of the API’s to trigger intercept.Link for your reference:Single Page Application (qualtrics.com)
