In-App survey for Manager's step not working for SuccessFactors Performance Management

Hello Experts,I have set up an In-App survey with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Performance form at both employee and manager's steps. The survey is working for employee step but for manager step, nothing happens. I have defined both steps in the integration set up in Admin Centre of SF, I am however, not able to troubleshoot for manager step as with the same set up it is working for employee.Would appreciate any pointers.Thanks!
