Inconsistent behavior of screen capture question
I'm trying to use a screen capture question, but it appears inconsistently. On some intercepts, it works, but on others, it just appears as a file upload question. What is required for the file upload question to appear as a screen capture instead?

The intercept must be properly configured in order for the screen capture to work properly.
