We are running a site intercept on one of our websites with lower traffic. Trying to understand who is actually using the site, why and satisfaction. What is the best practice for coming up with the timing for launching the intercept?

Hi @JenF !I'm running site intercepts on several sites with different traffic volumes and for lower traffic sites I often set up a filter in my web analytics to show the number of visitors on the site for different amounts of time. I use that to see what percentage of visitors would have the opportunity to be presented with my intercept. That lets me target visitors who have been on the site long enough that I can assume they are trying to accomplish a task on the site but still reaching a good percentage of site visitors.For reference, one of my sites receives 15-20k visits per month and I've found that 60 seconds has been good timing for a website satisfaction survey invitation.
