Intercept not populating any values in embedded data fields

Hi,
We have an intercept linked to a survey with a custom end of survey message having a button (with embedded link) allowing the visitor to re-take the survey if needed. When the response is taken the first time, all of the embedded data fields capture information as expected but when clicked on the "Submit Another Response" all embedded data fields are blank even the one where a static value is set. Any ideas how I get it to capture info in the second scenario?

Please share the screen shots on how have you set the embedded data at survey and at intercept leve.

Hi Soumya,
While I analyze your setup of retake of survey in a intercept, I assume you might have used anonymous link on the button which also means that intercept is more like routing you to new link where there is no calling of embedded data which simply captures blank.
Whereas in first attempt of submitting response, system is working as it is needed since data is passed through normal flow.
I would suggest to use SPA for multi submission without reloading the page but a change in event on the page like switching to different modules.

Also, suggest to disable dismiss button of the Intercept.
