I want to do user testing on a Qualtrics survey, specifically focussing on the language and terminology used in questions. Is it possible to use a website feedback survey to do this? If so how do I record within the feedback survey what page a user is looking at in the survey being tested?

Hi andyp - if you have not yet already, be sure to check out this support page about copying your project code. You'll want to paste your project code into the header of your survey. You'll also want to check out this support page about adding embedded data to your Web/App Feedback project (you can make it capture the survey url). If you have any follow up questions, please be sure to reach out to our Support team, as they are best equipped to help!
