On our website, we are using the website / app feedback to display a feedback button (creative). On the page, we would like to have wording that says something like - to submit feedback, click here. Then, when they click "here" the feedback creative opens. I've offered to change the logic on the intercept so that the creative shows on exit (for example) but they want it to stay on the left but also give users the option to click "here" to submit feedback. I realize that when they click "here" it could just launch the survey link/target but that is not desired experience. The only way I can think to accomplish this (without development work) is to hyperlink the creative to the word "here". Thoughts? I've reviewed the support article but my pages never look like the screenshots in the articles so I get hung up. Thanks in advance for any assistance, I appreciate it!

Hi KOgles ,
it depends on which creative you are using, e.g. if it is an active creative you can select the display of your survey in new window.
If you are using a custom html creative, just place target="_blank" in the hyperlink where you have placed the link to the survey.
Thanks, Chhavi_Ch, but I'm not sure this solves what I am looking for. If it does, I apologize but I'm not following.
I did reach out to support to see if the creative has its own link and they confirmed that it does not.
