I know there is a guided setup that works only for app, not sure why they don't open the same for web as well.
All the help would be appreciated, especially if you guys have other ways of collecting desktop and mobile feedback without having to be too intrusive.

+1+1Appzk yes, however none of the options within are able to reflect that. The app feedback one is what I'm after, however it cannot be added to the website as it works on app only.

As far as my understanding, Qualtrics provides feedback method for both Website & App.
Website supports different ways of showcasing the survey in different forms when compared to Mobile App.
