When surveys are sent out currently they allow the recipient to reply to the invitation email. I am looking to update the 'from' address here to a No-Reply email address for the company. Responses can be sent via the survey response and having the reply option runs the risk of customer's thinking queries are being forwarded when they might not be.

Maybe they SHOULD be? I make sure our from email box is monitored.But if you do not, it's simple to just update your email from address - you just need to leave the domain to what's enabled for your brand, but you can change everything before @.
