It does not appear that you can opt-out of that field. Qualtircs does offer a Qtip if you don't want to receive replies. "Qtip: The email your use doesn’t have to be real. For example, if you don’t want to receive replies but want the address to look official, you can set the Reply-To to YourCompany@qemailserver.com."

Thank you Dennis. This is a clever way to do it. I would think, they would allow not to indicate the email address because most of the time the body of the email contains how to contact.
