Randomly ask every 3rd visitor
Can I program an intercept to display to every 3rd visitor to a specific area of a website? I don't see anything that would allow me to, and the webinar didn't cover this.

I don't believe so. However you can set up a random sample of 33% which is going to get you the same amount of data. Unless you have specific needs for every 3rd for some reason, the random sample is a bit more statistically sound.
