We have an intercept set on our help center. We have activated the repeated display prevention browser cookie with 7 days for the duration. However, the cookie is not working. Users are seeing the survey immediately after. Is there something else we must do?

Did you check in the Network under inspect element if the cookie is deployed on the website?
