Replicate SDK on multiple mobile pages

I want to put an SDK for app feedback on over 150+ pages of our mobile app.  Without having to program the code 150 times, how do I do this?

@Bmin There 3 main line of the SDK that you want to use: 1. Initialize, 2. Evaluate, 3. Display. The code only different in ID so that you can just set-up function and run it in different page with ease. Implement all on 150 pages might be to big and bulky and your pageview can be skyrocketed. Remember, Qualtrics did charge for pageview.
