Show a question inside a pop up with Intercept

Hi there,
I was wondering if it'd be possible to create a pop up with a question inside of it. Such question doesn't have to be necessarily a question from an existing survey.

I tried to achieve this by using the "embed the intercept's target" feature, but the whole survey is shown this way. I need to either show only one question from the survey or create one from scratch, as long as this will be shown in the pop up.

This pop up image on the Qualtrics documentation is pretty much what I am trying to achieve:

Hi vizz! You definitely have a few options here depending on what you are hoping to achieve, so your best bet may be reaching out to our Support team (if you have not yet already)! We'd either recommend embedding your survey as a target and including a new survey with just a single question in it, or designing your creative to look like the image on our support page and using a target link over the entire creative to link out to your survey!
