Currently we integrated Qualtrics feedback survey to our platform (Feedback Button with Slider) using Qualtrics API. We did not customise the code in any way, just copy-pasted it. We added qualtrics-script.js to assets folder and then call it from script tag in app html.
We have the following problem:
-when using Feedback Button an extra step gets displayed (Screen 1a) without any text area to provide a feedback. After clicking Submit Button user is navigated to the normal feedback form - where a user can provide a feedback (Screen 2)
-one time we also had the Recaptcha error (screen 1b)
-the problem is reproduced only sometimes and was detected on Chrome version 96.0.4664.93 and Safari Version 15.1 (17612.2.9.1.20)
We also tried to clear cookies but it didn't work
Please advise
The Slider does not have the text area when Feedback button is applied
