I have a website app insights project where I am using a responsive dialog box where we are using a survey as the target so when a website visitor visits the website he or she sees the target survey. Now we have a requirement if a website visitor revisits the website then they should be able to see the target survey if they had not taken the survey during their earlier visit to the website however if they have taken the survey during their  earlier visit then they should not be able to see the the target survey again for the next 90 days

    Hello ​@jasonferns,

    You can try adding a condition to your intercept logic, such as ‘display only if the survey hasn’t been completed.’ This helps prevent users who’ve already taken the survey from seeing the intercept again. However, the issue is that Qualtrics relies on browser cookies, so if someone clears their cookies or cache, or accesses the site using a different browser, device, or platform, they’ll still see the intercept.
