What does error retrieving survey definition mean?
Hi got a message "error retrieving survey definition" when I opened a survey. What does this mean?

Hi. Just heard direct from qualtrics that the error is at their end. They are working time is it but more importantly it does not affect users.
Getting the same message all day... It does not seem to be limited to a single project nor limiting my ability to save changes but is a little concerning none the less.

+1I'm seeing this message today and freaking out that I've lost all the changes I've made ... I hit the survey preview and it's an old version of my survey ... wahhhhhhhh.
+1Follow-up to my previous comment - looks like the whole service was down. Fortunately all my changes were saved - all good. Phew!
