Please help and contact me regarding this matter. I was not aware of qualtrics third party involvement. They will not accept my words without a proof I know nothing about. I waited days and specifically asked Nike and one of your bots named Patric did not disclose there was a confirmation email. They refuse to reimburse me for any time or effort spent in this manner.
