Ability to bring translated comments into Workflows

Would be great to have the ability to bring in EN translated comments into Workflows as piped text (can see benefit if you have to create a custom workflow) or to have the option to select multiple response languages (that would include both native language and EN version of questions and responses) from the dropdown on the response report (using the Qualtrics default workflow)
Another idea would be to have the option to delay the workflow by certain periods of time, say 1 hour, 4 hours, etc. to allow the translation to happen in the platform so then the embedded data field could be brought into the workflow.
