How can I condition my workflow on scoring and language?

I'm not sure about the languages part of that, but for the scoring you can create an embedded data field that captures the respondent's score as they complete the survey. I would put this field in your survey flow right before the end of survey message. Once you have that embedded data field, you can set up a workflow using that field in a condition. You'll need to use piped text for the score as the value for the embedded data field. There's an FAQ about getting the embedded data field set up on the Scoring info page that should be really helpful: Scoring (qualtrics.com). It's talking about using it for display logic but it's the same idea.
