+20We have encountered a critical issue while attempting to configure a web service task within the Qualtrics Workflow . While accessing the web service module, the interface is not loading as expected and instead displays a broken page/error screen, preventing us from proceeding with the configuration .
I have attached the error screenshot.
Can someone pls suggest why the web service is not loading.
