Qualtrics custom end of survey message not showing

Hi there,I have tried everything to display my custom end of survey messages, however, only the default message keeps showing. I know that this was a topic here before and I tried everything that was recommended.Here you can see my survey flow (I think the second “Then branch” is superflous, I just tried if it makes a difference): We want to run the study with Profilic and without different customized endings it won’t work. So I’m really getting desperate. Has anyone an idea what the problem could be?In the survey directly, I also added one of the customized messages, but it did not make a difference: The language is set to US English everywhere. (However, the license is for a Germany university.)I’m thankful for every advice! Best,Kristina

Hi,Double check that your survey language is the same as your library’s EOS messages’ language. If not, the displayed EOS message reverts automatically to the default one. Be sure to publish your changes if you’re testing with a real link.
