Survey Email Triggers/Notification

Hello
When a user submits a survey I have it where it sends me a email notification. It does not seem there is any way to really customize/modify the content/format of the email.
Want I need the email to have is all the question in the survey even if they are not answered or if any text was entered. Is this possible?

I would look into using Email Tasks in Workflows instead. That has several options that Email Triggers do not. There's also an option for response summaries, which will display all questions shown to the respondent but not answered.
