Automatically delete IDP records

Hello,

I have an IDP that has around 3,000 records and I need to delete all the records daily for as per our organization’s privacy policy.

I tried to delete it using an API, but I get failed tasks because of API limit.

Is there a workaround anyone can suggest please? :)

You can add a delay between API calls.

Hi @DaniD,

I believe deleting all 3000 records at once may hit Qualtrics API limits.

You can try sending multiple delete request with short delays.
