I don't see the Assign ticket button inside the ticket, can anyone help me with what permission I am missing?

@Aine there is not a specific button to reassign tickets, you need to type over the name that appears in the ‘assigned to’ field within the ticket itself.

 

If you are the owner of the ticket yourself, or have admin access you should be able to reassign ticket to another user.
