Condition for transaction date before X days/weeks/months ago

I'd like to create a Segment for users where a transaction occurred over X days/weeks/months ago. For example, users who signed up over 30 days ago.
I can't find any condition that would work other than using an absolute date (which is not an option).

I am not sure on this but you can use Qualtrics API to fetch using custom filters from a mailing list.
