Creating email triggers based on a Score

Hi there
I've recently introduced Scoring to my project responses.
I am using this to check in on the overall status of projects. If a response comes back with a total score lower than expected I would like this to trigger an email to a certain group so they can get involved in a project.
So far I can only see it is possible to send email triggers based on specific questions, embedded data or quotos.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how to do it?

You can assign (pipe) the score to an embedded data field at the end of the survey flow, and base the trigger off the embedded data field.
