I need to automate my email distribution using an email workflow, based on an embedded data field. While scheduling a specific time-based event, I'm only seeing the option to add a Task - the condition/decision option isn't appearing. Could someone please guide me on how to implement this.

Hi,
You would probably need to first have a create sample task. You can add your condition as a sampling criteria and then distribute to the sample.
