Error Uploading Translation file

Hello,

I keep getting an error message, when trying to upload translation file. Even though file has been translated.

The file format is probably not the appropriate one. You are talking about translation of a questionnaire or something else?

Open the translation file and enter a character. Make sure you know where you are making the change. Then upload the file and delete the entered character

Hi Alexandre, thank you for your comment.

Yes, I am trying to upload a translating file for a questionnaire. I have downloaded the language file direct from Qualtrics (See attached) tried all formats. But get the error when I try and upload the translated version!

Hi JBK , thank you for your comment.

 

I get the error when I try and upload the file, so can't edit changes made! I can't move from the upload page. (See attached)

This might be a situation where you’ll have to contact Qualtrics’ support I think.

open the translation in your end and make a change. then try to upload it. Then under the edit translation you can revert your changes.
