Hi, it appears we may be unable to avoid having a survey ongoing when the Contacts to XM Directory migration occurs.
This particular instrument uses an authenticator based on a contact list and also calls an API to get data from a second contact list.
Both processes would seem to be susceptible to breaking from the migration, especially the latter since Contacts and XM Directory have different APIs.
Does anyone who has already been migrated have relevant experiences to share?

Qualtrics support has confirmed that the migration WILL break the authenticator and recommended closing the survey before migration and reopening it. No word yet on the API issue, but it's hard to imagine that won't be the same.
Hi ccosart we are on the same boat. We have a migration planned in about a month's time and I'm not sure if I understand the process of migration completely.
Do you know about the following?
- We do not have the transactional date in international format on existing lists. Can XMD still pick up samples (as we call it in the current environment) as 'transaction groups' once migrated?
