Hi community,
I am distributing a survey using the XM Directory Task setup in the workflow of a different survey. As there is no manual distribution is it possible to send reminder email to the participant?
The support page only shows sending reminder emails from the Distributions tab. Can I use the distribute survey reminder API in a web service task in the same survey workflow? Is there any other solution?
