Is it possible to send an email to multiple email addresses for a single contact and not generate multiple responses for the contact? I have a list of contacts that have multiple email addresses (a school email and a preferred email). I need to send a link to a single survey to both addresses. I do not need them to complete the survey twice.

No, that is not really possible to do within the Qualtrics distribution module. Your best option is to create Personal Links, download them, and email them to the multiple addresses outside of Qualtrics.
