A while back I launched a survey with data that was accidentally set to private. This seems to mean that the embedded data does not appear for the Results or Data & Analysis tabs. Does anyone know how to retroactively remove private mode for a data list or to filter with embedded data from a private list? Thank you

Once a survey is started with the data set to private, you can’t change it later to make the data public or share it across the directory. If you want the data to be shared directory wide, you’ll need to create a new list with the right settings. This change won’t apply to responses that have already been collected.

Hi ​@klm999 . From your question I understand that the issue is that you cannot find some embedded data from your contacts (people that responded to your survey) in the Data & Analysis tab of your project. Is that correct?
If yes, did you put these embedded data in your survey flow?​​​​​​
