Multi-language survey distribution by respondent’s preferred language

Hi everyone,I’m trying to build a global survey use case in Qualtrics where a single master survey needs to be distributed to respondents across 5 countries, each receiving it in their local language (English, French, German, Spanish, and Japanese).Here’s what I’ve set up so far:	Created one master survey with 5 language translations under Tools → Translations			Added an embedded data field in the Survey Flow (Language)			Created a contact list in XM Directory with a field for each respondent’s language preference (e.g., EN, FR, DE, ES, JA)			Plan to distribute via Qualtrics email	Questions:	What’s the correct configuration for Qualtrics to automatically send the survey in the respondent’s preferred language?			Should I use Language or Q_Language as the embedded data field?	Appreciate any help or best practices from anyone who has implemented a similar setup.

Hi,If contacts in your directory have values in theLanguage attribute, and if your email invitation and survey have translations for those values, the invitations and survey will automatically be in the correct language.You don't need anything in the survey flow for that to work. Adding Q_Language to the survey flow will record the language the survey was taken in (which can differ from the contact’s Language attribute). Appending?Q_Language=EN or ?Q_Language=FR to the survey url in your invitation can force access in a given language if you are using anonymous links or if the contact’s language is missing or has a value for which there is no translations.
