Reminder Emails

Qualtrics is designed so that reminder emails are only sent to participants who have not completed their survey, this includes those who have not started and those who started but did not finish.

If reminders are going to people who have already completed the survey, this is not expected behavior. Raise a support ticket with Qualtrics.

As long as the survey is sent through a personalized email distribution, Qualtrics automatically prevents reminder emails from going to respondents who have already completed the survey.
