reward model with points | XM Community

Hi,

I want to create a reward model that does work with points (not directly with gift cards). A participant receives points per question or study. He can accumulate these points over time and exchange them into gift cards or similar incentives.

Is there a way to track points per panelist within Qualtrics?

A similar question has already been asked here:

Tank you in advance.
Hi there! What I would do is store the current points in embedded data and then bring it in for each new survey. You can then use math operations to add points after a survey completion (just put it at the end of your survey), which will save it to the panelist.

To go a step further, you can use a survey to have the panelists choose rewards and subtract the points from there, depending on their choices.
Thanks, JenCX!

It is a good idea and a pontential work around.

Is it also feasible to show each panelist the current number of points via embedded data (e.g. on the starting page of a survey)?

Best, Maria

I realize your original post was a few years back, but I thought it was pertinent to share the following information to help those that are in a similar situation. BHN Rewards (formerly Rybbon) is a Qualtrics partner and we have built a points-to-rewards solution that integrates directly with the Qualtrics platform via an xFlow. Points can be awarded to the survey respondent and when the person reaches a set threshold of points they are automatically emailed their digital reward. More information can be viewed here: https://www.bhnrewards.com/points-to-rewards/
Hope this helps.
