Survey Automation Workflow

Hi All, I have a project which using 1 sample and for different survey. How I able to setup that in workflow.^.^

Hi Angie,I haven’t test it out with your exact situation but it would look like this in you workflow:Trigger: Started at a specific time. Example Daily at 9AMtask 1: extract from sftp (or any other extraction task)task 2: add contacts and transactions to xmDtask 3: create an XM Directory sample (optional, depending if you send your survey(s) to all contacts previously imported or just a sample based on conditions)task 4: send survey 1 (via email)task 5: send survey 2 (via email)
