FAQ for Viewing CX Dashboards
Why can’t I see my teammate’s dashboard?
In order to access a dashboard, you need to be listed as a dashboard viewer in that project’s User Admin tab. If you do not see a dashboard that you were expecting to see, reach out to the owner and ask them to grant you access to it.
Why can’t I filter or edit the dashboard I’m viewing?
If you are not able to filter or edit the dashboard you’re viewing, that means you do not have permission. If you require permission to do these things, please reach out to the dashboard owner and ask them to grant it for you.
I suddenly can’t access a dashboard that I’ve referenced many times in the past. What happened?
Access could have been rescinded. Reach out to the dashboard owner and ask them to check that you have permission to access the dashboard. If you do have permission and you still cannot access it, please reach out to Qualtrics Support.
Do I have to log out and log back in to be able to enter the Dashboard Viewer platform?
No! As long as you are logged in, you can switch between the different platforms at any time by using the switcher, or waffle icon, in the top right of the product.
How do I give other people access to my dashboard?
There are a few ways to share a dashboard. You can either use the share button in the top right corner to grant dashboard access to individual people, add people to Roles and grant them access in bulk, or create a public dashboard and distribute the link. Learn more about these options on this page.
