I would like to evaluate with text IQ comment fields. When I insert them and define the filters, I get the message: Please enable editing and configure the widget. In the survey we have updated and activated all the data. What else could I do to make widget work?

Did you make sure to import the responses into Text iQ in your dashboard settings? Under Settings - Text you should be able to import responses with a blue button that tells you how many responses you have to import. If you configured your Text iQ topics within your survey project, you will need to configure them again within the dashboard Text iQ configuration before they will be available for reporting in the dashboard.
