deleted a persons submitted response, now need it back | XM Community

Hello, I am new to this community and to Qualtrics. A co-worker took the survey to test it prior to posting the anonymous link. it is an active survey now, but I now need that person to be able to access it again, I have it set to not allow duplicates. I deleted her submitted responses thinking that would allow her to access it again. I see now that I should have given her a re-take link instead of deleting, and now cannot give a re-take link. Is there a way to restore her survey that I deleted so that I can give her a re-take link, or, can I give her a private individual link to the same survey without effecting the anonymous link or any other responses? Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Hi LisaDHOT, the good news is that provided the response was deleted less than 30 days ago, then it may be possible for Qualtrics Support to recover it upon request. Recommend you log a support request with them if your deletion is within this timeframe.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Cameron

  1. Have her use the browser's 'incognito' mode (aka Private Window) to take the survey again

  2. Have her use a different browser
