The survey I am working on is adapted from a PDF that I developed. Some of the questions are structured as a matrix. In the PDF it was easy enough to add text into the selections so that respondents knew exactly how the score applied to each statement. I'm wondering if there is a way to add such text within the matrix in in survey design? Any help would be appreciated!

+30I would suggest using hover text, so the supplementary text appears when the respondent hovers over the response option.
