Hello!
I have a question regarding translation files. When I download the .tsv file to add my translations, I can only see the QIDs assigned to my questions, not my actual choice question labels.
Is there an easy way to export the question label in addition to the QID label, in a separate column?

You could add and populate the column yourself by downloading a data csv into Excel then using the headers to create a lookup table, but it takes some data manipulation and complicated formulas.
