I have a survey with multiple choice questions that have graphics as the answers. I would like the results to match the text in my graphics/graphic file name, but instead it lists text from the graphics URL. (E.g. for Q23 in the second image, instead of having a bullet point with "IM_0Cn1OuYwhEhCDem", I would like a bullet point with "Optimized")
Is there a way to change the display names from IM_XXXX... to the text I'd like instead?
