When attempting to select the newer “Simple” layout within Look and Feel, I was not be able to select it, even though all the questions I was using were compatible. I finally figured out that the system was denying access to the layout simply because I had a number of questions in my survey trash can that were incompatible. Is this a known issue and are there any plans to address it? Many Thanks!
