I'm Sarah from Zain Iraq-Customer Experience team. I'm facing a problem in which one of the dashboards I'm using is showing incorrect access value on a simple chart doesn't exist in the source survey, however the correct access value is there but it is unreadable.
Any idea about this behavior and how to fix it.

https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/24107/simple-chart-incorrect-access-valueI believe you made change in option post response collection and dashboard mapping which is why its giving you this error. This can be easily resolved you just need to recode it in dashboard dataset.
Navigate to this question click on blue gear and change the recorded of incorrect pricing to correct one. This should help.
